Rosette has 24 years experience in the Community Development/Housing fields. She retired as Executive Director of Community Development for the City of Sharon, PA, which was funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Additional positions held include Housing Rehabilitation Specialist and Code Inspector.

Rosette is the mother of twins, a son and daughter and has one grandson. Her hobbies include golf, fishing and long, relaxing days on the beach with her husband, children and grandson. Relocating to the Myrtle Beach area after retirement, she brought her vast knowledge of community planning, housing financing and building codes to pursue her goal in Real Estate. Certified and Licensed as a Realtor by the State of South Carolina and a member of the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, Rosette looks forward to using her experience in assisting you in your efforts to purchase your dream home, land, or commercial property in the Coastal Carolinas and Pee Dee Area.
